Hawkins’ work is based on our proven expertise, impartiality and client-focus. The Hawkins’ Quality Management System has been certified to ISO 9001:2008 since 2013 but has now been re-certified to the latest ISO 9001:2015 standard and extended to include Hawkins (International) Ltd (Dubai).

During the recent re-certification audit, our auditors, SGS United Kingdom, particularly commended our professional approach towards risk management and the effectiveness of our investigation work and peer review methods.

Our work is audited regularly through third party assessment against the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, with client audits and our comprehensive internal audit programme giving us confidence that our standards remain as high as possible. The results of all of these audits are used to improve our work still further and to ensure that the services we offer remain appropriate to the changing needs of our clients.
