Rail investigations

Hawkins is joining the Link Up scheme to facilitate investigation of rail accidents. Four of Hawkins senior investigators will be included in the scheme including Roy Hawkins and Rod Newbery from our Cambridge office with two other investigators from other locations to give a good geographical coverage.

The Link-Up scheme allows investigators independent access to the rail network for the purpose of investigation once the appropriate safety training has been completed.

Scottish Law conference

Hawkins has agreed to become the main sponsor for the annual “Personal Injury Update” conference on Friday 26 September. The conference will be held at the Radisson SAS Hotel in Glasgow and promises to be a great opportunity for Hawkins to talk to Scottish Lawyers and so promote the opening of our new Glasgow office.
