Due to increasing demand for our services, Hawkins has:

• Recruited more RTA investigators
• Based at least one RTA investigator in each regional office
• Designed and implemented a bespoke in-house training programme

Says Training Manager, Neil Arthur: "Client demand has continued to grow and we have expanded our RTA team better to meet this demand". Hawkins is currently in the process of appointing a Leader for the RTA team in order to:

• Ensure specific client needs are identified and met
• Ensure we have adequate resources
• Arrange recruitment when necessary
• Identify training needs
