Hawkins’ smooth transition to ISO 9001:2015

In September 2016 Hawkins successfully completed its Quality Management System (QMS) Certificate transition from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015. Our certification for the new standard shows our commitment to the service we offer our clients. We aim to “do it right the first time”, with our highly qualified and experienced experts backed up by well-defined processes.

We went through an intense certification process, implementing the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 throughout our UK offices and extended the scope of certification to Hawkins International Limited (Dubai).

Achievement of the ISO 9001:2015 certification is an assurance by an independent certification body (SGS) that we offer quality output to our clients. At the end of the re-certification process the auditor complimented Hawkins on its Corporate Risk Review and made the following statement:

“Consistency, compliance and confidence within (Hawkins) offices is commendable.”

We will continue to improve our work and systems and assure excellent services to all our clients.
