Hong Kong office host loss adjuster seminars

Our team in Hong Kong recently spent the day delivering seminars to over 35 loss adjusters from various clients including McLarens, Crawfords and Cunningham Lindsey.

Sessions covered topics such as accident investigation, how to make the most out of your forensic expert, investigating electrical faults and fires and were delivered by Chun Chan, Jessica Ng, Sophie Parsons and Richard Fletcher. The presentations were delivered in a mixture of Cantonese and English, and were well received by the attendees.

Sophie Parsons, Senior Associate in our Hong Kong office, said, “the sessions generated some good conversations between us and our clients, with a variety of questions being asked. Attendees were delighted to learn more about the full range of services we offer, with particular interest shown in our electrical expertise. We also received positive feedback from a few clients about the quality of the service we provide.

“We are always happy to meet with clients to discuss the ways we can help, or to deliver presentations on how to get the best from our service.”
