The Liability Special Interest Group of C.I.L.A. gave a series of presentations on Thursday 3rd February. Held at the Willis Building in Lime St in the City, the session was very well attended and followed by a social event.

The objective of the evening was a legal update on recent Court decisions and our Dr Andrew Moncrieff started the proceedings with a presentation on the recent Sugar Hut Judgment.

Plans are well advanced for a repeat performance in Birmingham and Manchester in three months' time and, hopefully, in Glasgow later in the year.
