Hawkins helps to Make a Champ

Hawkins recently helped a young athlete take strides toward becoming an Olympian in the Tokyo 2020 games.

Conor Loftus was selected as a training partner for the Team GB boxing team in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. After competing in a number of international tournaments, Conor hopes to join Team GB to compete in the next Olympic Games. Becoming an Olympic athlete is a rigorous, full time and costly pursuit, and Hawkins is proud to be able to support Conor by donating to his training fund on Make a Champ.

Conor said, “I'd just like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Hawkins for your contribution to my Make A Champ Campaign. Your generous support allows me to stay in full-time training and brings me one step closer to achieving my dream of competing at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.” To find out more about Conor or to support his campaign, please visit his Make a Champ webpage.
