12th May 2021
Hawkins would like to congratulate both Helaine Addison and Andy Bryce on recent work anniversaries within the company, and thank them for all they have done.
Helaine Addison is the Office Manager of our Cambridge
Office and joined Hawkins in 2001, making this her 20th year with
us. She manages a team of secretaries and keeps everything at our Head Office
running smoothly. She is pictured attending Hawkins’ company meeting activities
in 2011 on the left, 2014 in the centre, and with Hawkins’ Chairman John
Anderson on the right. Helaine enjoys
keeping fit and is regularly seen at the gym, when she is allowed to go.
Andy Bryce is Hawkins’ Health & Safety Director, as well as being a forensic investigator who attends the scenes of fires, explosions, losses in power generation equipment and engineering failures, including leaks of water and other liquids/gases. He is celebrating 30 years with Hawkins, since joining in 1991, and is seen on the left during his first year with the company, taking part in his initial on-site training. In 30 years at Hawkins, Andy has move up the ranks to join the Board of Directors and taken on numerous international cases as well as those local to the Bristol Office where he’s based. His keen interest in the world around us helps him to drive Hawkins’ environmental policy.
Andy has always been helpful in the office, as can be seen above where he is pictured setting up his secretary’s desk at the Bristol Office. He also has an eye for style as well as safety, which he showed off when attending the scene of a fire in a Dry Cleaners! Andy is still an extremely enthusiastic hockey player despite a few injuries he has picked up over the years.
Thanks again to both Helaine and Andy for being part of Hawkins!
