We are delighted to announce the continued expansion of our Singapore office with the arrival of David Reid Rowland, who joins us from Hawkins’ London office.
David is a Principal Associate and Mechanical Engineer who brings over two decades of forensic engineering experience to the team, having investigated a wide range of incidents including fires, explosions, escapes of water, mechanical failures, and personal injury cases. Since joining Hawkins in 2004, David has led numerous complex investigations across domestic, industrial, commercial, and healthcare settings. His expertise spans from small-scale losses to catastrophic fire and engineering incidents, he is highly experienced in preparing CPR Part 35 compliant reports and appearing in court as an expert witness.
David is a Chartered Engineer and a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and Institute of Fire Engineers, holding an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
We are thrilled to welcome David to Singapore, where his extensive knowledge and leadership will further strengthen our regional capabilities and support our clients across Asia.
